T O P I C R E V I E WWhiteSunshine314Our synstry is full of tight oppositions... Mostly between personal planets. There is definitely a strong attraction, we also share a sun/moon conjunction. The problem is he is pretty shy, as well as I can be (especially when I like someone). Even though I can tell we like each other I feel as though I might have to make the move, and I don't know if I want to do that. Are all of these oppositions in the way? If we could get passed this initial awkwardness I feel like we would hit it off. Any advice/ insight?MeSun/ PiscesMoon/ Taurus Asc/ CancerMerc/ PiscesVenus/AiresMars/ SagHimSun/ Virgo (opposite -1 my sun)Moon/ Pisces (exact conj my sun)Asc/ ? So, his VENUS is conjunct your PLUTO? Oh, boy. That's a heavy one. Guys don't know how to do heavy until they reach a certain age. Even then, it's kind of debatable, you know? The exact SUN conjunct MOON is a very nice thing, however. The MOON tends to feel quite devoted to the SUN. My parents have this. It's very nice when the man's MOON is conjunct the woman's SUN, in my experience.I have several major oppositions with my boyfriend, including his MOON opposite my SUN. There's definitely a push-pull flavour, as is customary for oppositions, but it's hardly a death sentence.WhiteSunshine314 quote:Originally posted by Aubyanne:Welcome to LL! Thank you so much for your gracious greetings Yes pluto could be quite heavy, but his Venus is in Scorpio! King of all things heavy and intense!? lol I guess I get the feeling that he is just a little too shy and Im blaming it on all of these oppositions. I would think that with his moon conjunct my sun that might make him feel a bit more vulnerable (with his feelings) than how receive it via Sun (ego)? Ive never dated a Virgo but I think their energy is quite kind and gentle. Also my experience with sun/moon opposition relationships have been some of the most intense, loving and transforming. That aspect can feel very magnetic! Aries23DegreesPersonally, I like oppositions. But then again, everything in moderation. That Mars/Sun conjunct and Mars/Moon opposition, should give him the "gusto" to just go for it.What aspects are made nataly to his Venus?WhiteSunshine314 quote:Originally posted by Aries23Degrees:Personally, I like oppositions. Moon in Pisces is random, prone to feeling, erratic and "inspired".The opposition between the two could have a "on again/off again" effect. But I still maintain that Mars aspecting moon would steady the intentions. Even if the modus operandi is quite slow and puritanical.I think you should be a little more patient with him. He will eventually get there. But this may be a hard pill to swallow for your Venus in Aries who often just wants to "get started already"!!!He is staying true to his nature. Do you have any other Aries placements? Something that may be responsible for your impatience?DopGang quote:Originally posted by Aries23Degrees:Personally, I like oppositions. Do you have any other Aries placements? Something that may be responsible for your impatience?I think your right. I need to be patient. I do not have any other Aires placements. It may be the cause of my SUN square MARS. I feel I can be really patient (Taurus moon) and then all of a sudden I feel like I need to initiate something! Go for it! It's the passionate side of me. But I've learned that after I do that the relationship usually gets boring, left feeling unfulfilled and dull then I'm over it and by then they usually are too. So taking it slow usually works for me considering long term. Btw thank you so much for your insight! It is greatly appreciated. This is a wonderful site and one of my first posts.
